Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer express and overnight  

Do you ship to P.O. addresses?

Generally speaking, we are able to send packages to P.O. Box addresses in most cases.

Nonetheless, it is important to note that certain delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, and DPD are not able to make deliveries to these addresses.

Additionally, framed prints and canvases are often too large to be shipped to P.O. Boxes, with the exception of those located in Australia.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

Yes, Assuming the item is still within the allowable window where changes can be made.

In case your order has not been dispatched, you may modify the shipping address by sending an email to support@obaregallery.com.

If your order has been dispatched we are unable to offer a free replacement for orders that were not received due to an incorrect address.

What different shipping options do you have?

We offer four shipping choices, with each one progressively faster and more expensive.

  • Budget: budget shipping is usually sent through an untracked service and has a slower delivery time. However, all orders within the United States are tracked regardless of the shipping method chosen.
  • Standard: Standard shipping may or may not be tracked depending on the destination
  • Express: Express delivery is usually carried out by a courier, comes with tracking, and is a swift and high-quality service.
  • Overnight: Certain manufacturers in the UK and USA offer overnight shipping exclusively.


Our goal is to ensure that all products have both budget and standard shipping options accessible.

What should I do if my package is lost?

In case your package is misplaced during transit, kindly reach out to us immediately at support@obaregallery.com, and we will make every effort to rectify the problem.

If the package has not been marked as delivered and hasn't reached you within 30 days, we will replace your order at no cost, but this offer is only valid for US orders. For International orders, please get in touch with your local postal service to know how to file a claim, as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders.

Please note that Obare will not be held responsible for missing or stolen items once they are marked as 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

All items have estimated delivery times to give you an approximate idea of how long it typically takes to deliver a product to different countries across the globe. However, there are several factors that may cause delays in delivery. These include errors in the address format or typos, customs and import regulations, failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the order, postal strikes, and other unfavorable conditions such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions.

If your order experiences an extended delay, our customer support team will proactively handle it. Alternatively, if your order exceeds the expected delivery time frame, please contact support@obaregallery.com for additional information.

Occasionally, orders may be lost during transit, particularly when being shipped untracked to less common shipping destinations. If your order is not received within 30 days of placing the order, we would be glad to send a replacement. Kindly inform us at support@obaregallery.com, and we will make the necessary arrangements to send you a replacement. However, please note that we are unable to offer free replacements for orders that were not received due to an incorrect address.

Where are your printing facilities based?

Our partnerships extend to top-notch manufacturing facilities located in the United States, United Kingdom, and mainland Europe. Additionally, we have established partnerships with over 50 manufacturing counterparts across more than 10 countries.

Do I get a tracking number?

The availability of tracking may differ based on the specific country, and chosen shipping method for your order. Typically, budget shipping options do not offer tracking, while express shipping does provide tracking information (which can be confirmed at the time of order placement). Once your product has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking link to enable you to track your order. However, all orders within the United States are tracked regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Can I cancel my order?

All of our prints and frames are custom-made for each customer. This means you are free to cancel your order at any point before we start producing your order. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us by sending an email to us at: Support@ObareGallery.com

Can I return my order?

While we may collect damaged or incorrect items for investigation, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of unwanted items.

Can I get a refund for my damaged wall art?

We will take care of any returns or issues resulting from our mistake, and cover the associated costs.

What is your return and refund policy?

At Obare, our primary objective is to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our esteemed collectors. We pride ourselves on meticulously tailoring each print and frame to meet the unique preferences of our valued customers.

With this in mind, we would like to inform you that Obare Gallery adheres to a strict policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for orders. Regrettably, we are unable to entertain requests for such actions. Furthermore, please be aware that modifications or cancellations to orders cannot be accommodated after a period of 24 hours from the initial placement. Should you encounter any issues or believe an error has occurred with your order, we kindly request that you promptly reach out to us at support@obaregallery.com.

While our commitment lies in providing accurate depictions and imagery of the artwork showcased on our website, it is essential to note that slight variations may occur between the printed artwork and its digital representation on our website. We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction experienced with your purchase. However, we regret to inform you that returns or refunds for unwanted items are not accepted. Rest assured, in the event of damaged or incorrect artwork, we take full responsibility for rectifying any issues resulting from our oversight. To facilitate the resolution process, please submit a photograph of the damaged goods to support@ObareGallery.com, and we will be delighted to offer you store credit or a replacement. What happens if a product is damaged in transit?

We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly provide you with store credit or a replacement.

Does my wall art come framed?

Some wall art does not come framed.

Why do frames come in one color?

Our wall art is specific to one frame color as an artistic decision made by the artist to imbue an overall feel between the print and the frame.

What is a Giclée print?

The term "Giclée" originates from French and means "sprayed ink." Nowadays, it refers to an advanced method of inkjet printing that produces top-notch reproductions of fine art. We use this printing technique for all our in-house prints. Giclée printing boasts exceptional image resolution, which preserves a greater amount of detail from the original fine art or photographic images.

How long do your Giclée prints last?

Extensive research and development have been devoted to studying the different components and constituents involved in the creation of a Giclée print. The longevity of the print is contingent on several factors, such as the type of inks employed, the archival characteristics of the chosen paper, and the environment in which the print is showcased or preserved.

Recent scientific analyses indicate that our suggested papers and Giclée printing technique are capable of producing prints that endure for 100-200 years, given ideal circumstances. However, it's important to bear in mind that any print exposed to direct sunlight will eventually experience fading.

Can I frame these prints myself?

Yes, you can always request to have just the print by itself by emailing us at: Support@ObareGallery.com

Is it possible to customize the frame for a small fee?

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to accommodate any personalizations or modifications.

What is your printing method?

Giclée

Where is your paper sourced from?

We us sustainably sourced paper from sustainable forests.

What materials are used for your frames?

Wood and perspex. We use sustainably sourced wood from sustainable forests.

What are your frames made from?

All of our frames are made from wood. We use sustainably sourced wood from sustainable forests.

What inks are used?

Water based inks.

What are your mounts/mats made from?

Every mount/mats is of "conservation grade," sourced sustainably, 100% acid-free, and resistant to discoloration or fading over time.

Are your frames ready to hang?

Yes

Which material do you use for the frame of your artwork - glass or acrylic?

All of our fine art prints are framed with a perspex a UV blocking acrylic, which we prefer over glass despite its higher cost. The reason for this is that acrylic provides better protection and has a lower risk of getting damaged during transit.

How do I request an invitation to become an Obare artist?

You must be invited by another artist or request an invitation.

Can I request an invitation?

How do you select your artists?

Our team meets daily to review new artist invites. If we feel your artwork is a perfect match for Obare you will receive an email to become an Obare artist.

What are museum quality prints?

Museum quality prints typically meet certain standards regarding their longevity, color accuracy, and archival properties. They are expected to have a high level of durability and resistance to fading or discoloration over time. 

What is a chromogenic print (c-type prints)

Chromogenic prints, also known as C-type prints. Chromogenic prints are made using traditional color photographic processes, where a color image is formed through a combination of light-sensitive silver salts and dyes. These prints are known for their excellent color reproduction, sharpness, and archival stability, making them suitable for museum displays and fine art collections.

Museum quality prints typically meet certain standards regarding their longevity, color accuracy, and archival properties. They are expected to have a high level of durability and resistance to fading or discoloration over time. Chromogenic prints are often preferred by museums and galleries because they offer a high level of quality and longevity, ensuring that the artwork or photograph remains vibrant and intact for an extended period.
